Don’t hesitate to book!

We had a wonderful stay at Domaine de l'Anse Mitan. The apartment is well equipped - we particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine, washing machine and juicer to name a few. The location is perfect - steps from the beach and restaurants, 5 minutes drive from the grocery store, and 35 minutes from the airport. Parking available on site - I highly recommend renting a car to explore the island. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the huge balcony and spending the afternoon at the pool. I appreciated the cleanliness and modern decoration. The managers were very nice and accommodated our late checkout. Don’t hesitate to book!

Very cozy apartment!

Very beautiful, quiet residence, close to the city center and the beach, cozy apartment tastefully decorated. Pleasant Balinese swimming pool. Friendly welcome from Maxime, always available and caring. A very good address in Trois Ilets.

A brand new domain!

We had the pleasure of staying 2 weeks in this brand new estate. We thank Maxime for his warm welcome and his availability throughout the stay. The apartment is fully equipped, you can travel light! The swimming pool and the proximity to the sea are very appreciable. We highly recommend staying at this 4-star estate for an unforgettable vacation.

We stayed at the Anse Mitan estate during our trip to Martinique. The apartments are very well equipped, the furniture is very beautiful, the bedding is very comfortable and the swimming pool is very pleasant! Magnificent stay at the Domaine!

Magnificent stay at Domaine de l'anse Mitan. The welcome by Maxime was very professional and warm. The accommodation is superbly well appointed, modern decor, clean accommodation, well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, oven, etc.) and quiet. The location is ideal, close to the beaches of Anse Mitan and Anse à l'âne (nice little hike in the forest). Without forgetting some very nice bar-restaurants (the Kano, the Petite Crêperie...) Vinciane and Maxime are really available and charming, devoted to their customers. We wish them a great continuation, while knowing how to preserve themselves personally. Many thanks and we look forward to seeing you again in 2025!

Amazing !

An incredible area. We stayed for a week in November 2023 in a brand new, fully equipped apartment. Nothing is missing. Everyone is nearby and quiet. The services are of quality. The welcome is perfect and the hosts very attentive. We will come back, that's for sure.

Everything was perfect!

From the telephone reception before our reservation, until our arrival at the residence! Vinciane and Maxime, the managers, take great care of their guests. The residence is in perfect condition, superbly located (beaches, shops, etc. nearby), and at the same time ultra quiet. The swimming pool is very beautiful and very pleasant! As for the equipment in our apartment, it was more than complete and of excellent quality (great bedding). In short, if we come back to Martinique, we will come back to this residence! Thank you again to you, Vinciane and Maxime, for giving us such good advice and welcoming us!

Returning from a stay in Martinique where we particularly appreciated the welcome and accommodation at Domaine de l'Anse Mitan. We had a modern, spacious and comfortable T2 located in a quiet area yet close to beaches, restaurants and the maritime shuttle to Fort de France. A little extra: its salt water swimming pool. Place to recommend without moderation.
