General rental and reservation conditions

The reservation and the rental contract are nominative and cannot be assigned or transferred.

ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES:
• Apartments are available from 3:00 PM and must be vacated by 9:00 AM on the day of departure.
• In case of a delayed arrival not reported to Management, the rental will be held for 24 hours. After this period, the rental will be cancelled and allocated to another guest.

SECURITY DEPOSITS: For apartments, a security deposit will be required upon arrival:
• For 2-bedroom apartments: A security deposit of €1,000 will be required for any equipment that may be damaged after your stay.
• For 3-bedroom apartments: A security deposit of €1,500 will be required for any equipment that may be damaged after your stay.
• For 4-bedroom apartments: A security deposit of €2,000 will be required for any equipment that may be damaged after your stay.
In the event of damage to equipment or an incomplete inventory, the replacement or repair cost of the items will be deducted from the security deposit.

AGE OF THE ACCOMMODATION: The construction and layout of the residence were entirely finalized in February 2023.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT: At the time of booking, you will pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay plus the booking fee.
• All stays must be paid in full no later than one month before the arrival date, without any reminder from us. Otherwise, your booking will be canceled and all sums paid will be retained by Domaine de l’Anse Mitan.
• For bookings made less than one month before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking by credit card, bank transfer, or holiday vouchers. Checks are no longer accepted less than one month before the start date of the stay.
• Once payment is received, no changes can be made to the rental agreement.
• An infant is considered a full occupant.
• The booking is personal. Subletting or assigning your rental to a third party is prohibited.
• Management does not accept guests whose identity is not included on the booking request, nor any guests exceeding the maximum capacity of the rental or pitch.
• Minors without their parents are not permitted.
• In case of cancellation, no refund will be given for any reason.
Consider purchasing cancellation insurance.

END-OF-STAY CLEANING FEE
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory:
• For 2-room apartments: €80 
• For 3-room apartments: €100 
• For 4-room apartments: €120 

CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Before your departure, or during your stay, the cancellation guarantee covers the costs of termination of contract (according to the conditions provided) if one of the following events occurs: illness, accident or death, professional transfer, modification or refusal dates of paid leave due to the employer, theft of identity document, costs of interruption of stay, resort civil liability and the anti-surprise guarantee. SECURITY:
• Wearing the single-use wristband is recommended for your safety during your stay.
• Management accepts no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to client belongings caused by others. Consider taking out insurance.

DRESS CODE – DISCIPLINE: Management reserves the right to expel without notice or refund any persons who do not comply with the internal regulations available on the website www.domaineansemitan.com, at reception, and upon request.

CHILDREN: They are the exclusive responsibility of their parents who are criminally and civilly responsible, particularly when they use the games made available to them on the site.

RESIDENCE POOL:
• Entry to the pool is strictly prohibited outside of opening hours (6:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
• Bermuda shorts and burkinis are PROHIBITED; swim shorts or swimsuits are mandatory.
• Swim diapers are mandatory for children under 3 years old (even if they are potty-trained), and they may not be naked in the pool area under any circumstances.
• Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by their parents.

DOGS AND CATS: They must be vaccinated, tattooed or chipped, kept on a leash on the site, with cleanliness bags. Under no circumstances should they be left alone or attached to trees and plants. You will be asked to present your vaccination card upon arrival.

• Category 1 and 2 dogs are strictly prohibited.
• Only one dog per apartment. Cats are not allowed in the rentals.

VISITORS: Visitor access is subject to authorization from Management or its representatives. The number of visitors is limited and regulated.
Visitors are not permitted to spend the night at Domaine de l’Anse Mitanand must leave the site by the end of the evening at the latest.
Visitors' vehicles are prohibited on the site.
Visitors' dogs, cats, or other animals are not allowed.
