Arrivals and departures
The apartments are available from 3:00 PM.
Apartments must be vacated by 9:00 AM.
A reception service is available from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with dedicated telephone support for any information or assistance during these times.
Self check-in is possible from 3:00 PM onwards using a mobile app that grants you access to your apartment via an electronic key.
Depending on your arrival time, our management team will be available to welcome you and answer any questions you may have.
A map of the residence, available in the arrivals area, will help you find your way around and easily reach your accommodation.
All information regarding access to facilities and additional services, as well as the rules of operation of the residence, can be found in the welcome booklet—accessible via the mobile app and in printed form in your apartment.

Yes, we can store your luggage after your departure. However, we recommend that you keep your valuables with you, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.
Yes, you can leave your car in your parking space until 2:00 PM.
Yes, of course! You can continue to enjoy the pool after you leave.
Services and equipment
Yes, a baby cot is provided for any booking including an infant. Please let us know when you make your reservation so we can prepare it in advance.
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided in all our apartments.
Bed sheets, pillowcases and a duvet per bed are provided for each accommodation.
The beds are made up on arrival and a full set of linen is provided upon entry.
For stays longer than 7 days , a complete change of linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels) is provided for each additional week.
Guests can also request a set of towels from the manager. The price will be provided upon request.
Yes, each apartment has a safe. You will find instructions for its use in the welcome booklet (green binder) available in your apartment.
Beach towels are available upon request, at no extra cost unless otherwise stated. Please ask us when you arrive.
All our apartments are equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine as well as a filter coffee maker.
Yes, each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.
Other frequently asked questions
End-of-stay cleaning is included. However, we ask that you leave the apartment tidy and do a minimum of cleaning (wash dishes, empty bins).
A mid-stay cleaning is provided for stays longer than 7 days and for each additional week.
Guests can also request an additional cleaning service. Pricing is available upon request.
