Arrivals and departures
The apartments are available from 3:00 p.m.
The apartments must be released at 9:00 am.
A reception desk is available on site from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and a telephone reception service is also available during these hours.
 Self-check-in is possible from 3 p.m. thanks to a mobile app that gives you access to your apartment via an electronic key.
 Depending on your arrival time, our management team will be able to welcome you in person and answer any questions you may have.
A map of the residence, available in the arrivals area, will help you find your way around and easily reach your accommodation.
 All information regarding access to additional facilities and services, as well as the establishment's operating rules, can be found in the welcome booklet—accessible via the mobile app and in paper form in your apartment.

Yes, we can keep your luggage after your departure. However, we recommend that you keep your valuables with you, because we decline any responsibility in the event of loss or theft.
Yes, you can leave your car on your parking space until 2:00 p.m.
Yes of course ! You can continue to enjoy the swimming pool after your departure.
Services and equipment
Yes, a baby bed is planned for any reservation including an infant. Thank you for telling us about your reservation so that we can prepare it in advance.
Yes, bed linen and toilet towels are provided in all our apartments.
- Bed sheets, pillowcases and a duvet per bed are provided for each accommodation. 
- Beds are made up upon arrival and a full set of linens is provided upon arrival. 
- In case of a stay longer than 7 days , a complete change of linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels) is provided for each additional week. 
Guests can also request a set of bathroom linen from the manager. The price will be provided upon request.
Yes, each apartment has a safe. You will find the user manual in the home booklet (green binder) available in your accommodation.
Beach towels are available upon request at no additional cost unless otherwise stated. Please ask upon arrival.
All our apartments are equipped with Nespresso coffee machine as well as a filter coffee maker.
Yes, each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.
Other frequent questions
End of stay cleaning is included. However, we ask you to leave the apartment stored and make a minimum cleaning (dishes made, emptied garbage cans).
An interim cleaning service is provided for all stays longer than 7 days and for each additional week.
 Guests can also request an additional cleaning service. The price will be provided upon request.

Yes, several shops and restaurants are located a few minutes from your apartment. A list of the best local addresses is available in the host book.
Yes, Wi-Fi connection is available for free in all our apartments. The identifiers will be provided to you in the host booklet.
