General rental and reservation conditions

The reservation and the rental contract are nominative and cannot be assigned or transferred.

Arrivals / departures:
• apartments are available from 3:00 p.m. and must be released on the day of departure at 9:00 am.
• In the event of delayed arrival and not reported to the management, the rental is maintained for 24 hours. After this period, the rental will be canceled and awarded to another customer.

DEPOSITS: For apartments, a deposit will be requested upon your arrival:
• For T2s: A deposit of €1,000 will be required for equipment that would potentially be destroyed after your stay.
• For T3s: A deposit of €1,500 will be required for equipment that would potentially be destroyed after your stay.
• For T4: A deposit of €2,000 will be required for equipment that would potentially be destroyed after your stay.
In the event of deterioration of equipment or incomplete inventory, the replacement or restoration value of said objects will be retained from the amount of the deposit.

AGE OF THE ACCOMMODATION: The construction and layout of the residence were entirely finalized in February 2023.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT: At the time of reservation, you will pay a deposit of 30% of the amount of your stay and the reservation fees.
• All stays must be paid for at the latest one month before the arrival date, and without reminder from us, otherwise your reservation will be canceled and all amounts paid will remain with Domaine de l’Anse Mitan .
• For reservations made less than one month before the start date of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of reservation, by credit card, transfer or holiday vouchers, checks are no longer accepted less than one months before the start date of the stay.
• Once the stay has been paid, no changes can be made to the rental contract.
• A young child is considered a full occupant.
• The reservation is personal.
It is prohibited to sublet or transfer your rental to a third party. • The Management does not accept customers whose identity does not appear on the reservation request as well as all customers who exceed the maximum capacity of the rental or pitch.
• Minors without their parents are not admitted.
• In the event of cancellation, no refund will be given whatever the reason.
Consider taking out cancellation insurance.

END OF STAY CLEANING PACKAGE
End of stay cleaning is obligatory:
• For T2: €80
• For T3: €100
• For T4: €120

CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Before your departure, or during your stay, the cancellation guarantee covers the costs of termination of contract (according to the conditions provided) if one of the following events occurs: illness, accident or death, professional transfer, modification or refusal dates of paid leave due to the employer, theft of identity document, costs of interruption of stay, resort civil liability and the anti-surprise guarantee. SAFETY:
• During your stay, wearing a single-use bracelet is recommended for your safety.
• The Management declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage by others to the client's property. Consider taking out insurance.

HELD – DISCIPLINE: The Management reserves the right to expel without notice or reimbursement people who do not respect the internal regulations available on the website www.domaineansemitan.com, at reception, and on request.

CHILDREN: They are the exclusive responsibility of their parents who are criminally and civilly responsible, particularly when they use the games made available to them on the site.

RESIDENCE SWIMMING POOL:
• Entry to the swimming pool is strictly prohibited outside opening hours (6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.).
• Bermudas and burkinis PROHIBITED, shorts or swimsuits required.
• Pool diapers are compulsory for children under 3 years old (even if they are clean) and they cannot under any circumstances be naked in the pool area.
• Children under 10 must be accompanied by their parents.

DOGS AND CATS: They must be vaccinated, tattooed or chipped, kept on a leash on the site, with cleanliness bags. Under no circumstances should they be left alone or attached to trees and plants. You will be asked to present your vaccination card upon arrival.

• Dogs of 1st and 2nd categories are strictly prohibited.
• Dog limited to 1 per apartment. Cats are prohibited in rentals.

VISITORS: Visitor access is subject to authorization from Management or its representatives.
The number of visitors is restricted and regulated. Visitors are under no circumstances permitted to spend the night at Domaine de l’Anse Mitan , and must leave the site at the end of the evening at the latest.
•Visitor cars are prohibited on the site.
•Visitors' dogs, cats or other animals are not allowed.
