These internal regulations may evolve and be subject to modifications which will be available on the mobile application and on the Domaine de l’Anse Mitanwebsite.
Guests of Anse Mitan have free access to the area, its equipment and its activities. In these internal regulations, the “Area” therefore designates the park and the residence interchangeably.
1° Admission conditions
The Domaine is a private space. No one can take up residence there.
To be admitted to enter, settle in, or stay on the Estate, you must have been authorized to do so by the manager or his representative, who has the obligation to ensure the good maintenance and good order of the Estate as well as compliance with the provisions of these internal regulations.
Any person present on the Estate is required to permanently wear a bracelet given by the manager or his representative and identifying this person as authorized to be there.
Any person present on the Estate expressly authorizes the manager or their representative to photograph, film, record them during their presence on the Estate and to use the photographs, videos and recordings on all media and in particular websites, Facebook pages, documents commercial, promotional or advertising purposes, exclusively for the purposes of promoting or advertising Domaine de l’Anse Mitan for five years from capture. This authorization is also given to any daughter company or parent company of the manager.
The fact of entering, settling or staying on the Estate implies for the person concerned acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and the commitment to comply with them.
2° Police formalities
Any person who must stay at least one night at the Domaine must first present their identity documents to the manager or their representative and complete the formalities required by the police.
Minors unaccompanied by an adult parent will not be admitted.
Pursuant to article R. 611-42 of the code of entry and stay of foreigners and the right to asylum, the manager is required to complete, or have completed, and have signed by the client of foreign nationality, upon arrival, an individual police form. It must mention in particular:
1° The name and first names;
2° The date and place of birth; 3° Nationality;
4° The usual domicile;
5° The mobile telephone number and email address;
6° The date of arrival at the establishment and the planned departure date.
Children under the age of 15 can appear on one of the parents' records.
3° Installation
Installation in the accommodation must be done in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.
4° Reception Desk – Price – Displays
You will find on the mobile application or on request from the Domaine Manager, all the information on the services offered on the Domaine, information on the possibilities of supply, the installations, the tourist attractions of the surroundings and various addresses which can be prove useful.
The classification category with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure accommodation are displayed on the mobile application. A complaints collection and processing system is available to customers.
Furthermore, in accordance with article L152-1 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute, the customer can use the CM2C mediation service offered by the manager free of charge:

A satisfaction questionnaire intended to find out their opinion on their stay is also available to customers.
5° Departure
Departures are between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. by appointment with the Manager. Customers are invited to notify the Domaine of their departure at the latest the day before.
6° Nuisances
Customers are asked to avoid any nuisance which could disturb their neighbors, in particular noise pollution. Sound devices should be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closures should be as discreet as possible.
At night, movements on the Domaine must be carried out in silence so as not to disturb other customers.
7° Animals
Any animal accompanying a client must be vaccinated, tattooed or microchipped. Under no circumstances should he be left free, nor left alone on the site, even locked up, in the absence of his owners, who are civilly responsible for him. Owners are required to ensure that their animals' droppings are collected on the Estate.
The presence of dogs is limited to one per accommodation. 1st and 2nd category dogs are strictly prohibited. Cats are not allowed in rentals.
8° Games
The rules for using the different play areas are displayed on said areas.
No violent or annoying games can be organized on the Domaine.
Children must always be under the supervision of their parents.
9° Visitors
After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the Domaine under the responsibility of the clients who receive them.
Customers must therefore inform the manager or his representative in advance and, if authorization is given, indicate the identity of their visitors and plan to come and welcome them at the entrance to the Domaine.
The manager or his representative reserves the right to refuse access to any visitor, particularly for security reasons, or to limit the number for the comfort of his customers.
Visitors are under no circumstances permitted to spend the night on the Estate or use the swimming pool, and must leave the Estate at the end of the evening at the latest.
Visitor vehicles are prohibited on the site. Visitors' pets are not allowed.
10° Residence swimming pool
The swimming pool opening dates and times can be consulted at the entrance to the swimming pool, on the mobile application and from the Manager on request.
Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited within the pool area. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult parent.
Swimming diapers are MANDATORY for children under 3 years old, even if they are clean. Burkinis are PROHIBITED. Wearing shorts or a swimsuit is mandatory.
It is forbidden to jump or dive into the pool.
Guests are asked to keep their personal belongings under surveillance. The manager declines all responsibility in the event of theft, particularly within the swimming pool area.
For everyone's comfort, it is forbidden to leave personal belongings on the pool deck chairs without being present within the pool area. The manager reserves the right to collect abandoned items which can be requested from the Manager.
In the event of non-compliance with the provisions of this article, the person in violation may be prohibited from accessing the swimming pool for the remainder of their stay.
11° Travel within the Estate – Vehicle circulation and parking
Travel within the Estate, including on foot, must be done respecting the traffic routes provided for this purpose.
Apart from the parking areas specifically provided for this purpose on the outskirts of the Estate, parking is authorized only in the parking lot provided for this purpose and must not, moreover, obstruct traffic or prevent the installation of new arrivals. No dead garages are permitted.
Only vehicles belonging to customers staying there and whose registration has been indicated to the manager can circulate on the Estate.
12° Outfit and appearance of the installations
Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the Estate and its facilities.
Household waste, waste of all kinds and papers must be placed in the bins while respecting sorting constraints.
The drying rack must be very discreet and not disturb the neighbors.
Any repair of damage to the vegetation, fences or installations of the Estate will be the responsibility of the perpetrator.
The accommodation must be kept clean throughout the stay.
13° Security
a) Fire
In the event of a fire, a member of staff should be notified immediately. Fire extinguishers can be used if necessary. An evacuation and fire extinguisher location plan is given to customers upon their arrival.
b) Gale
The Estate is located in a cyclone risk zone. If the wind gets stronger, do not panic, warn those around you and return to your accommodation, close the shutters and doors and wait for instructions from the Manager to exit.
c) Theft
The Management is responsible for the objects deposited with the Manager and has a general obligation to monitor the Estate.
The customer remains responsible for his rental and must take the usual precautions to safeguard his equipment. The customer must report the presence of any suspicious person on the Domaine. The Domaine has a video surveillance system for part of the exterior spaces.
14° Violation of the internal regulations
In the event that a resident disrupts the stay of other customers or does not respect the provisions of these internal regulations, or is seriously inappropriate or aggressive towards a member of staff, the Manager or his representative may orally or in writing, if he deems it necessary, to put the latter on notice to stop the disturbances.
In the event of a serious or repeated violation of the internal regulations and after formal notice to comply with them, the Manager or his representative may terminate the residence contract of this resident leading to his definitive exclusion and, if necessary, call on the forces order in the event of a criminal offense.
